Hands-free calls

We now offer hands-free phone and FaceTime calls for iPhone and iPad, using state-of-the-art streaming technology.

Hands-free calls are compatible with iPhone 11 or later, iPad Pro 12.9-inch (5th generation), iPad Pro 11-inch (3rd generation), iPad Air (4th generation), and iPad mini (6th generation), with software updates iOS 15.3 and iPadOS 15.3 or later.

Wireless connectivity is shifting the boundaries of how people with hearing loss can access and enjoy sound, information, and entertainment. The ReSound 2.4 GHz wireless technology works seamlessly and intuitively, such as the direct streaming from iOS and Android* devices with no need for intermediate devices.

*Full streaming compatibility with Android devices requires minimum Android v10 and Bluetooth 5.0 and that functionality has been enabled by the phone manufacturer and service carrier. Although ReSound strives to achieve seamless device compatibilities, ReSound cannot guarantee full compatibility with all Android devices.

Apps

Complementing our ecosystem of devices and accessories, users can install and use our apps to enhance their hearing experience with personalization options, easy volume and program control, hearing guides and easy-to-find battery status, ensuring they stay connected.

We also have a tinnitus sound app, creating unique soundscapes, when the user needs to mask their tinnitus with beautiful nature sounds or a wide selection of noise signals to meet every need.

Wireless accessories

We have an ecosystem of wireless accessories to meet the needs of users requiring more assistance or who wants a connected hearing experience. All our accessories connect to most of our devices.

Moreover, out TV-Streamer+ supports Auracast, streaming high quality TV sound with speech clarity allowing for a clear and easy connection that can be shared with others.
